Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. Depending on destination, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

Please note, some products ship from separate locations and therefore may arrive separately.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, simply return the item(s) for a full refund (less shipping costs). Please contact us via email at email@example.com describing the reason for your displeasure, and we will give you an authorization number for returning the product. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Note: All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Out of Stock Item & Back Orders
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, your order will be automatically back ordered and your credit card will be charged in order to reserve your item.
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. To check on the status of an out of stock item or a back order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Terms & Conditions for Wine Coolers, Wine Cabinets & Wine Racks
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser whether freight prepaid or freight collect. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for delivery, payment of freight, access, measurement, installation, hook-up, wiring, moving and storage of the goods.
The transportation of all goods is subject to the terms and conditions which the moving carrier imposes on Purchaser including, but not limited to, additional charges imposed per flight of stairs, and/or additional charges resulting from the carrier’s inability to safely and/or adequately use the building elevator to lift the goods to an upper floor.
Any claim for damages incurred during shipment by the carrier of the goods are insured and handled directly with the carrier. Any damages due to manufacture defects will be handled directly with the manufacturer, subject to the limited warranty.
All sales are final, and unless authorized in writing by Wine Feast, Purchaser may not return the goods, under any circumstance. If Purchaser refuses to accept the goods, under any circumstance, the Purchaser is liable for the return and cost of freight both ways, and the manufacturer will charge a restocking fee that is 35% of the purchase price of the goods. Product must be returned in original packaging.
Custom Cabinet and Racking are non returnable. Purchaser must notify Wine Feast of non-conforming goods within four days of delivery, after which time all goods are deemed accepted. If an order has been placed and production has started, cancellation of your order will be a 15% charge.
Limited Warranty: The Manufacturer warrants that the goods will be free of defects in materials and workmanship as follows: Furniture style (wood) wine units: all cooling unit parts for a period of 5 (five) years; cabinetry and labor (uninstalled) for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of sale, removal and re-installation of unit is not included in warranted labor. Any third party repair facility must be pre-approved by the manufacturer in writing before providing parts free of charge. Metal cabinet wine units: parts and labor for cooling system and cabinetry for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of sale, removal and re-installation of unit is not included in warranted labor. Thermoelectric Units: 90 (ninety) days from the date of sale. (This includes Wine Coolers and Wine Refrigerators). Racking Systems are not warranted. Improper placement of the unit will void the warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to such things as misuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the control of the manufacturer. This limited warranty applies only inside the Continental US. (Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are not warranted). In the event of any dispute, Purchaser must first file a written claim within ten days of the occurrence giving rise to the claim and wait an additional thirty days for a response before initiating any legal action. The sale and all terms are subject to California law.
